Description

Join the Fairfield County Heritage Association for a new twist on the FCHA Fall Meeting. They are meeting at the Ohio Glass Museum for desserts, coffee, and a presentation from FCHA Marketing Director Michael Johnson. The presentation, “100 Lashes,” tells the story of the first person to be awarded the Medal of Honor: Jacob Parrott. Parrott was born in Fairfield County and participated in the harrowing raid known as the “Great Locomotive Chase.” Desserts and coffee will be from local establishments. Tickets are $20 a person, so be sure to register now! This event is open to everyone! You don’t have to be a member of FCHA to attend.
