Description
Stop by the Pickerington-Violet Township Historical Society for free pie and learn a little history about this versatile pastry on Sunday, October 4th! Local bakers are encouraged to bring their own pies to enter in their contest, with prizes awarded for flavor and appearance. To enter the contest, please arrive at 1:45 p.m. on October 4th with an eight-inch or larger pie for the judges to sample. There is no limit to the number of pies you may submit.
