Come together and celebrate America 250 with friends and neighbors with a day of community pride, service, and celebration in the Village of Amanda on July 4th! Help keep the town beautiful by cleaning up the streets, park, bike path, and entrances to town from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Meet at the village office (116 E. Main Street), where the village will provide trash bags and gloves to participants. Then, gather for food, fellowship, and fun as they celebrate the people who make the community great at the potluck block party from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Residents are encouraged to visit the village garage (107 Kirby Street) and bring a favorite side dish, additional desserts, or a dish to share. The village will provide hot dogs, chips, water, and dessert. This event will be rain or shine. Together, lets keep the community beautiful and celebrate the red, white, and you!
