Celebrate winter with this challenging winter hike! The group will climb to the top of Jacob’s Ladder at Christmas Rocks State Nature Preserve in this 3-mile hike as part of the statewide winter hike series. This hike is great for winter hikers, athletes, and those who want to experience a difficult but rewarding winter hike. Bring anyone who wants to experience an adventure!

Please note that there are no restrooms on site and that winter weather can be unpredictable. This event will be cancelled in the event of serious weather conditions, such as any snow emergency levels being announced. Otherwise, prepare for anything from cold rain to snow. Proper hiking equipment such as good boots, trekking poles, and water is recommended.
