Curious about meditation but not sure where to begin? Or maybe you already have a practice and want to deepen it in a peaceful, supportive setting? Join staff every Monday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in September for Community Meditation Nights at Buckeye Ridge Rescue & Retreat. Each week, you’ll explore a different piece of meditation and mindfulness, combining approachable conversation, practical tools, and a guided meditation you can carry into your everyday life. No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, find a comfortable spot, and give yourself an hour to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
September 28th | Creating a Practice That Lasts You’ll bring everything together and talk about creating a sustainable meditation practice that fits into real life, including heart-centered compassion, grounding techniques for difficult seasons, and making space for meditation in your schedule. You’ll finish with a guided Grounding Meditation.
Their Community Meditation Nights will lead into a one-day Meditation Retreat, giving you the opportunity to take everything you’ve practiced and explore it on a deeper level. Participants in Community Meditation Nights will receive $10 off the November retreat. More retreat details are coming soon! Come for one evening, join them for all four, or make this the beginning of a new practice. Breathe. Connect. Repeat. For more information, please visit Buckeye Ridge’s Facebook page.
