Come learn how to preserve your food by canning with Shannon of the Fairfield County OSU Extension office at the Keller Market House on Monday, August 24th! In this educational class, she’ll teach you everything you need to know about dehydrating food, including what’s safe and tips and tricks for each type of food. The cost of this class is free, but registration is required.
