Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of the Escape to Buckeye Lake Welcome Center! Stop by for a fun and laid-back afternoon filled with live music, sweet treats from Karen’s Custom Cakes, delicious bites from Chef Shack, refreshing slushies, yard games, and more. This open house is a chance to explore the new space, meet the team, and get a feel for what the Welcome Center will offer all season long. Whether you’re planning your next lake day or just passing through, we’re here to help you make the most of your time in the Buckeye Lake region.
The Welcome Center will be your go-to hub for everything Buckeye Lake, offering helpful resources like birding and fishing guides, the official tour book, and trusted local recommendations. You’ll also find ideas for easy day trips, along with the latest information on events, lakeside dining, and unique places to explore throughout the region. Located right off the Buckeye Lake Dam Trail, it’s an easy and convenient stop for those biking, walking, or enjoying the lake. A complimentary golf cart shuttle, operated by Mid-Ohio Golf Car, and a shuttle bus from Ohio Party Bus will be available for pick-up and drop-off at the Heron Boardwalk Shopping Center, across from Pizza Cottage (4675 Walnut Rd, Buckeye Lake, OH 43008), making it even easier to join in the fun.
