Shannon Carter from The Ohio State University Extension will be teaching how to properly freeze your fresh fruits and vegetables at The Wagnalls Memorial on Thursday, July 9th. She will go over proper handling and safety techniques so you can preserve your garden fresh produce with confidence! This class will be located in the Community Building.
