Start your weekend off right at the Lancaster Farmers Market! Shop local with their lineup of vendors offering a wide range of local foods and handmade goods. While you’re there, wake up with a beverage from L-City Coffee and enjoy brunch from their two food trucks – Crepe, Croque & Co. and Kermit’s – located next to the Double Edge Brewing Co. patio.
Families, come visit the Lancaster Farmers Market for their first Kids’ Day of the season! This will be a special day for kids and their families to enjoy the downtown farmers market. At their Community Tent on Kids’ Day, you can also visit with Rise Up Arts Alliance to learn about their upcoming productions and projects. Future Kids’ Days will be July 11th and August 8th. Special guests with free kids’ activities will include:
  • AHA! Children’s Museum
  • Lancaster Fairfield Community Action’s Early Childhood Education
  • Squirrel Scout Outdoor School
  • Lancaster Montessori School
  • Storytime with the Fairfield County District Library at 9:30 a.m.
They also invite you to visit the Keller Market House up on the corner. Their brick and mortar local foods store is celebrating its 10th anniversary this May, and you’ll love exploring “the farmers market that never ends!” The Keller Market House is open 7 days a week all year round to make shopping local more convenient. The Lancaster Farmers Market runs every Saturday rain or shine from 8:30 a.m. until noon through October 31st. Find them in the heart of downtown on Chestnut Street between Broad & Columbus. They’ll see you at market!
