Description

Don’t miss Wagnalls Memorial and their weekly drop-in yoga classes! These classes offer gentle, meditative movement and breathwork to support balance in the body and the mind. Classes are led by Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500 and certified iRest® teacher. She has taught classes at Wagnalls since 2018. Tickets are $10, and you can reserve your spot by purchasing your yoga ticket here. Beginners and long-time practitioners are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket.
