Description

These weekly drop-in yoga classes at Wagnalls Memorial offer gentle, meditative movement and breathwork to support balance in the body and the mind. Classes are led by Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500 and certified iRest® teacher. She has taught classes at Wagnalls since 2018. Beginners and long-time practitioners are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket. Classes meet in the Community Building. Purchase your tickets now to reserve your spot! Tickets are $10 per person.
