Description
These weekly, drop-in yoga classes at The Wagnalls Memorial include gentle movement, breathing practices and meditation. Expect to work on building strength, improving balance and increasing flexibility – both physically and mentally. Classes are led by yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500. She has taught yoga classes at Wagnalls since 2018.
These classes are open to adults and teens; teens under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is registered for class. Please bring your own yoga mat. The cost per class is $10. If dropping in, payment must be made with cash (bring exact change). Classes will meet in the garden near the library. If it rains, the backup location is the Community Building.
