Mindfulness practices will be used to help students develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. The goal is to provide a supportive and fun space to cultivate calm, build strength, and connect to nature in an outdoor setting. Gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and playful games will be used to promote connection, relaxation, and self-awareness.
These one-hour-long, beginner-friendly classes are designed for all ages, from toddlers to grandparents. Students are encouraged to modify movements or rest at any time. You will not be pushed beyond your limits or abilities.
Please do not bring pets to this program.
