Join the village of Carroll for the annual Carroll Community Festival on Friday, August 8 starting at 5 p.m. featuring lots of fun and live music! Don’t miss the parade, face painting, pie contest, softball game, car show and more! There will be even more fun activities on Saturday, August 9 for all to enjoy.
