Description

The Carroll Community Festival is a two-day celebration in the heart of Carroll, Ohio, with roots dating back to 1962 when it began as the Ox Fest (later the Carroll Old Timer’s Festival). Today, the festival features live music, rides, a parade, pageants, food, vendors, and more—making it a beloved summer tradition for families and visitors alike.

Festival Highlights:

  • Live Music: Performances from world-renowned artists and bands throughout the weekend.
  • Parade: Saturday, August 15 (time TBA). Features Bloom-Carroll Local Schools’ Marching Bulldogs, youth athletic teams, cheerleaders, BCHS FFA, grand marshals, and the festival King and Queen.
  • Car Show: Hosted by Lancaster Car Scene, featuring 90+ classic and custom cars on Saturday.
  • Carnival Rides: Fun for children and teens (rides for 2026 pending).
  • Food Vendors: A wide assortment of local food trucks and festival favorites.
  • Vendors & Shopping: Find unique gifts, crafts, and treasures throughout the weekend.
  • Pageants: Miss/Little Miss and Little Mr. Carroll pageants give local kids a chance to shine on stage.
  • Silent Auction: Hosted by Carroll Cup Coffee House, LLC, featuring themed baskets and amazing items. Auction runs Friday evening through Saturday, with proceeds donated back to the festival.
