Bring the family along to discover the secrets of Allen Knob on this easy to moderate 1.5-mile hike, less than 10 minutes from downtown Lancaster! Explore the effects of the glaciers, search for unique plants and animals, and hear local lore. Be prepared for uneven terrain and possible mud with proper hiking equipment (boots or closed-toed shoes) and water. There are no restrooms on site. Join them at the Shallenberger SNP parking lot.
