Knowing what’s in your personal care products is so important to health and wellness – and now you can learn the art of soap making and give the gift of natural soap made personally by you at 310 Soap Co’s Lavender Rose Soap Making workshop at Keller Market House!
You will learn about:
– Soap making safety and chemistry
– What makes a skincare product natural
– Best practices on applying decoration to soap tops
– Learn how to make “pencil lines” in your soap, creating a cool design!
– Using soap thickness to create a design

In this class, you will be making Lavender Rose Soap as the class project, and you can also request custom scents and designs in advance (please email 310soapco@gmail.com with requests). You will make your own soap from raw materials using an immersion blender, oils, and lye, and customizing color, additives, and essential oils. You must register for this workshop by Tuesday, April 1st. Tickets are $65, and are non-refundable after the registration deadline. For safety, please wear long pants and closed toed shoes, as you will be working with lye. You’ll take home about 5 months of soap (25 ounces – the equivalent of 5 full size 310 Soap Co bars).
