Chef Jimmy Mitchell, a native of Columbus, has been a chef for over 30 years. He created his original sauces and spices several years ago in his first restaurant when he found that his signature dish needed something more distinctive than what could be found on the grocery store shelves. After much experimentation to perfect the recipes, J Mitchell’s Spices & Sauces now has a full line of original flavors for you to use in your own kitchen! You can find his signature spice blends and two unique sauces at the Keller Market House.
