This guided mindfulness meditation at Mud Gallery is adapted from a classic Tangerine Meditation that Teresa learned from Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh. This meditation introduces mindful eating and Interbeing and is a gratitude practice. Discussion following. This is not a meditation where you sit on the floor cross-legged, so do not hesitate to join due to worry about logistics. Registration is required due to limited space. The cost is $15.
