The Baltimore Community Museum houses a large collection of local historical artifacts, documents, and photographs. The museum strives to expand the visitor’s knowledge about the unique history of the village of Baltimore and surrounding areas by presenting vibrant and interactive exhibits that transport the visitor back to a specific point in history. By exploring their exhibits, visitors can better understand how the past shapes the present and be inspired to further explore their own unique connections to the past. The museum contains recreations of a grocery store, living room, parlor, and a doctor’s office, as well as displays of antique tools and farming equipment, local school memorabilia, an airplane, a military collection, artifacts from local businesses, a photo collection, and much more.
