Description

The John Bright #2 Covered Bridge was built in 1881 by Augustus Borneman & Sons. This bridge has been carefully preserved, and it is the county’s finest example of a reverse bow string truss system. The 75-foot bridge currently spans Fetters Run on the Ohio University-Lancaster campus. It is part of the Lancaster Bike Path, and it serves as the gateway to the headline concerts of the Lancaster Festival.
