Due to small size a chair and shoe mat beside the entry serve in place of a mud room. The 1.8 acre outside area is not yet landscaped and likely will be ongoing project while downstairs is remodeled. The bedroom has queen bed and there are 2 daybeds in main room. The downstairs deck has a water feature with goldfish. The entire premises is non smoking please.
