Explore the effects of the glaciers, search for unique plants and animals, and hear local lore on this easy to moderate 1.5 mile hike, less than 10 minutes from downtown Lancaster.
Be prepared for uneven or muddy terrain with hiking equipment, such as water, closed toed shoes, and walking sticks. There are no restrooms on site. Join the Ohio Division of Natural Areas and Preserves: Southeast District at the Shallenberger parking lot.
