Come out and join Arbors at Carroll on Tuesday, October 28th from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. for their Annual Arbors at Carroll Trunk or Treat (Home of the Carroll Inflatable Race)!
Residents will be outside passing out candy to all the little ones and they can’t wait to see everyone’s costumes! They will be serving a FREE hotdog dinner! There will be lots of candy and prizes to be had… AND… If you are feeling brave – join in the Inflatable Costume Race!
