With special events nearly every weekend, there is always something new to discover at the market. Offering both fun and food access, the Lancaster Farmers Market is truly a downtown destination for everyone. This year, they have three pop up Market Bars planned, where they throw a party and serve drinks – Opening Day (May 3rd), Bloody Mary Bar (August 2nd), and Fall Finale (October 4th).

The popular Kids’ Days are back on the second Saturdays of June, July, and August, and they look forward to hosting the Fairfield County District Library again for Farmers Market Storytime in June and July. Due to feedback from their customers and vendors, they are extending the season with a new encore Fall Festival Market on October 18th. This coincides with Downtown Fall Festival and Visit Fairfield County’s Wands & Wizards Weekend. It’s sure to be a great day to come downtown!
