You will also leave with your own mixed, shaped loaf to take home and bake the next day! Fresh baked sourdough, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided during class. Please click this link to register. The registration deadline is Thursday, August 14th. No refunds given after registration deadline has passed. There are two options for this class:
1 – Workshop with Starter Kit included: You get dehydrated sourdough starter with instructions & support, active sourdough starter, jar and rubber spatula, mixing bowl, proofing basket, and tea towel, complete sourdough beginner’s guide with ongoing text/email support for questions. This option is $120 for the general public, $115 for Friends of the Market Members.
2 – Workshop Only: Everything you need will be provided for the class, but the only thing you’ll take home is your own loaf of sourdough to bake at home (and all the knowledge you’ve gained!) This is a great option if you’ve already purchased the items, but felt too intimidated to start baking on your own. The cost for the workshop only is $90 for the general public, $85 for Friends of the Market Members.
