Do you have maple trees in your yard? Do enjoy “real” maple syrup on your pancakes? Join the park staff at Alley Park in the nature center, and in the sugar shack to learn about the process of making maple syrup from tree to table. Part of the class will be outside, please dress warm. Parking available in the back parking lot by the nature center. Meet in the lower level of the nature center to begin the class. This is a free event. Registration is not necessary.
