Decorate your wheels, grab your helmet and head to the Job & Family Services parking lot for bike races especially for kids during the Lancaster Festival! Prizes for best bike decorations and for race winners. Race age ranges: 4 and under, 5-6, 7-8 and 9-10; divided into boys and girls groups.
