Description
This Slate Run Living Historic Farm Program begins at 1pm behind the Farmhouse with a presentation about food preservation from 1-1:30pm. 1:30-3:00pm Watch the farm ladies demonstrate how to preserve the garden produce using traditional 19th century methods. A historical canning display will also be set up on the Farmhouse porch from 1-3pm.
