Even in the depths of winter, animals are awake and active. Search with them for one of the first signs of spring – owls calling and looking for mates. This program is being held in Coyote Run, a private nature preserve. You should not disturb the wildlife inhabitants and native plant life. There is a no alcohol and no smoking policy. Let’s thank the host by observing these simple requests. Potable water is not available at this location; bring your own drinking water. Depending on weather conditions and the time of year, you may want to bring sunscreen and/or insect repellent. Pets are never allowed in nature preserves. Please do not bring pets to this event. Keep in mind that trail conditions vary based on weather; be prepared with appropriate footwear to hike in muddy or slippery conditions. Dress for the day’s weather conditions.
