Stop by the The Fairfield County District Library Northwest Branch in Carroll anytime between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to celebrate the season with activities, crafts, and fall fun! The celebration will be outside, weather permitting (so bring a hat or jacket, depending on the weather!)
