Description

Attune to your heart’s wisdom during this day retreat experience. If your heart has been through a lot, this one is especially for you. Explore meditative practices for self-connection and learn how to apply these tools to skillfully navigate life’s challenges.​ The intention is to provide space and encouragement for deep transformation. The Heart Wisdom Retreat includes a mindful yoga practice, a custom meditation bracelet, lunch, nature walk, a workshop on supporting the heart amidst loss, and a sound bath experience.​ Guest presenters include Meditative Jewelry Designer Kim Bolyard and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist Dee Dee Doling-Dade.​ Yoga and meditation sessions will be led by experienced yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500.​

This event will be at the Goslin Nature Center in Alley Park in Lancaster.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls.

Those with all levels of yoga and meditation experience are welcome. Approximately half of those who attend these retreats come solo; others bring a friend. Either way, you’ll meet like-minded individuals. Yoga teachers are eligible to receive 2 CEUs through Yoga Alliance.​

SCHEDULE:
9:45am – Check-in begins 
10:00-10:15am – Opening
10:15-11:15am – Mindful yoga practice
11:30am-12:15pm – Meditation bracelet workshop
12:15-12:45pm – Lunch

12:45-1:30pm – Self-guided nature hike
1:30-2:30pm – Supporting the heart amidst loss workshop
2:45-3:45pm – Sound bath
3:45-4:00pm – Closing and reflections
