Starting off as a backyard weekend event for friends and family, Bob’s Backyard Barbeque has transformed into “Ohio’s BBQ.” Peruse the menu for smoked beef brisket, pulled pork and chicken, and mouth watering sides (we recommend the baked beans and cheesy potatoes!) During Bottoms Up weekend, enjoy Kalua Pork— a garlic studded pork shoulder that is smoked and shredded served with your choice of side. Top it off with a smoked Old Fashioned cocktail, fountain drinks, or local beers. Don’t forget to order a special pineapple upside down cake muffin with a side of vanilla ice cream to wash it down!
