Calling all teens! Sign up for Mindful Monday with Elizabeth Wood Yoga at the Pickerington Library and build mindfulness skills and techniques to feel peaceful, focused, and ready for success this school year. Each 60-minute session will include discussion, a hands-on activity, iRest meditation, yoga, and journaling for reflection. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or a beach towel.
