Visitors are taken on a fascinating journey through history to learn how glass has been formed and transformed from ancient Egyptians to modern-day artisans. Guests also appreciate the important role glass has played in Fairfield County since the 1800s. The museum features unique items in exhibits that change throughout the year. On-site glassblowers and flame workers demonstrate their techniques. Visitors are encouraged to learn the craft during a hands-on class at the studio. The gift shop offers pieces created by area glass artists and locally manufactured items for the home.
