Rockmill is a small-production brewery. Their beers are modeled after the brews of Wallonia, Belgium., which is located in the rural south along the French border. The water of this region contains a minerality very similar to the water profile found in the deep well located on Rockmill’s farm outside of Lancaster. Pair one of their signature beers with wood-fired pizza or a grilled sandwich from their kitchen.
