Description
Rock Mill Lake is on Mt. Zion Road between Wilson Rd. and Lithopolis Rd. This lake is 18 acres in size. It is approximately 25 feet deep at its deepest point. Anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill and Channel Catfish.
This area, also referred to as Rockmill or Rock Mill Dam State Wildlife Area, is in Fairfield County northwest of Lancaster, just off Mount Zion Road. Neither the lake nor the dam that created it is visible from the road. There are no facilities other than parking. There is little to no signage.
