Come downtown for Kids’ Day at the Lancaster Farmers Market! This is a fun-filled morning for families to enjoy free activities and a great selection of shopping. Special guests offering family activities will include AHA! Children’s Museum, Community Action Early Childhood Education, Fairfield County OSU Extension and Squirrel Scout Outdoor School. Farmers Market Storytime with the Fairfield County District Library takes place at 9:30 a.m. And they’ll also be giving out their ‘Seed Money’ Kids’ Coupons for youth ages 5 to 12 to shop the market for free! (Seed Money coupons available on a first come first serve basis, while supplies last. One $10 packet per visiting child ages 5-12. Accompanying parent or guardian must sign in at the Market Tent.)
Brewholders Coffee Trailer and Panini Paradise Food Truck will also join them with coffee and brunch options. While shopping, you’ll enjoy their great selection of local vendors. From fresh fruits & veggies to local meats, you can get all your staples for the week. And you’ll also find a wide range of baked goods, fresh flowers, local honey, Ohio wines and more! The Lancaster Farmers Market is located in the heart of downtown Lancaster on Chestnut Street between Broad & Columbus and is open rain or shine. Market runs from 8:30 a.m. until noon.
